Many of us have gone looking for the perfect church, with the perfect worship and the perfect ministries, and never found it. From Acts 6, Pastor Rob argues that the church in Acts really was a perfect church: a perfect place for imperfect people. A complaint is like a warning light on the dashboard, a notice of an issue. Wise leaders listen instead of getting offended, they delegate to people of good reputation who are full of the Spirit and wisdom, and the people who raise a problem become part of the solution. When believers stop expecting perfection and start giving grace, the church grows. (Message in English with Spanish interpretation.)
